Here are some photos from this week’s event in the house of Parliament, Save Jerusalem Campaign. The photos were taken by Stephen Sizer, Salah’s official photographer in London:
I count four Christian extremists here – Sizer, White, Garth Hewitt and Hind Khoury. Hewitt thinks anti-Zionist Jews are like Biblical prophets. Khoury thinks that Jew-murdering suicide-bombers are “our martyrs“.
The event was supposed to host Sheikh Raed Salah, the antisemitic Islamic cleric who thinks Jews avoided work on 9/11, and they bake matzah bread with the blood of Christian children. But then he was arrested, having ignored a travel ban:
Here is Raed Salah laughing about when he and his friends taunted their Jewish teacher by drawing a swastika on the board:
Church of England vicar Stephen Sizer is defending Salah on his blog and on Twitter.
So is Ben White.
Raed Salah believes that Israel wants to knock down the Al Aqsa mosque and replace it with a Jewish temple – a claim which is utterly false, as any sensible political analyst will tell you.
In the words of Salah:
“We have never allowed ourselves to knead [the dough for] the bread that breaks the fast in the holy month of Ramadan with children’s blood. ”Whoever wants a more thorough explanation, let him ask what used to happen to some children in Europe, whose blood was mixed in with the dough of the [Jewish] holy bread.”
Sizer and White think the Raed Salah is the man who knows how to “save Jerusalem”.
From what?
From the Jews knocking down the Al Aqsa mosque to build a Temple – where they will sacrifice Christian children, presumably.
This is a new low for Christian theology in Britain in the 21st century.
Feels more like the 12th century.
